On today’s episode of “Best Practices,” Tom Sosnoff and Tony Battista discussed using BOB the Trader.
BOB is a subscription service that enables tastylive viewers to see all of Tom and Tony's trades in detail. The trades are the ones published while trading on the show and also one's done at night. Trades are updated in near real time action, a minute or so behind. Morning emails with trade ideas are also available to BOB subscribers.
There is a new feature. BOB subscribers receive two daily emails from the tastylive Data Science and Research Team. The first email notes stocks that have both a high implied volatility as well as a high IV Rank. Stocks with earnings within 45 days are eliminated to minimize the possibility of outliers. The second email lists stocks with earnings for those interested in trading binary events.
BOB is available as an app on your phone. An example using NFLX is shown. It can downloaded at all the usual places and also can be synched to the Dough platform. BOB IRA is discussed and explained as well. No separate app is needed.
Trades that are not the standard tastylive duration trades are identified. "Earnings", "scalps" and "pairs" are examples. Trade size is also denoted. Trades from the research Team using tastylive methodology are provided. They are called Tom's Team trades.
